Dokimazo is the AI-powered Skill Wallet and credentialing platform supporting AI4Gov-X. It enables participants to document, verify and securely share the competencies they develop throughout the programme, creating trusted records of skills that remain valuable long after training ends.

Its role is to ensure that the competencies developed through AI4Gov-X do not remain within the project itself. By transforming learning achievements into portable and verifiable digital assets, Dokimazo helps participants carry the value of their learning into future education, professional development and career opportunities.

What are digital credentials and Open Badges?
Throughout AI4Gov-X, participants may receive verifiable digital credentials, including Open Badges and, where applicable, micro-credentials, recognising specific learning achievements and acquired competencies.
Unlike traditional certificates, digital credentials are secure, machine-readable and easy to share. They can include information about the skills acquired, learning outcomes achieved, the issuing organisation and supporting evidence, making competencies easier to understand, verify and trust across educational and professional contexts.
Through Dokimazo, these credentials become part of each participant’s lifelong Skill Wallet, where they remain available, portable and ready to be shared whenever needed.
How Dokimazo supports AI4Gov-X
Within AI4Gov-X, Dokimazo provides the digital infrastructure that connects the AI4Gov-X Competence Framework, learning outcomes and digital credentials throughout the learning journey.
The platform enables participants to build a transparent record of the competencies they develop within the project. Skills defined in the AI4Gov-X Competence Framework can be linked to learning activities, supported by evidence and documented through verifiable digital credentials stored in each participant’s Skill Wallet.
By making these competencies visible, trusted and reusable, Dokimazo extends the impact of AI4Gov-X beyond the project itself.
